REFUND POLICY: Refund requests made prior to September 1st are subject to a 25% processing charge. No refunds will be given after September 1st of the current year or after arrival for any reason. We will do our best to give you the requested site. However, yearly and 6 months plus reservations take priority over shorter rentals.
